The Continuous Colour Coating Line (CCL) follows a process similar to the Continuous Galvalume & Galvanized Line (CGL). Initially, Incoming substrate undergoes cleaning with an alkaline degreasing, Brushing, Hot rinse and Cold rinse process to enhance its properties. Subsequently, the steel is coated with Passivation coating with 25-45 milligram/Meter square both side for adhesion of paints and corrosion resistance of the surface. After Passivation coating we are applying both side primer and both side Top coat and back coat. Products, offering enhanced Colour Surface and corrosion resistance and surface finish.
This ensures better paint adhesion, which in turn helps prevent rust formation on the end applications. the same technology enhances the visual appearance of the finished product. Additionally, with better paint, the aesthetics of the finished product are enhanced.
